What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver products to customers across Canada and the United States.

 

How much is it for delivery?

As a thank you for shopping with us, we pay for the shipping on all of our products (except bullion). All of our products are shipped using reliable carriers such as CanadaPost, USPS, FEDX, etc to ensure quick delivery.

 

How long before my order arrives?

Packages typically arrive 1 - 2 weeks after placing the order.

 

Where is the rest of my order?

Please note that the orders are filled based on availability and packages may arrive separately as well as at different times.

 

How much do you charge for bullion delivery?

We charge delivery to ensure that these packages can be tracked and shipped securely to their destination. The delivery fee will be provided with the quote and may vary based on location and quantity.

 

Do you you sell gold too?

We like gold and love silver. We sell both gold bullion and silver bullion products along side our jewelry and merchandise.

 

How long does is my quote valid?

Typically, quotes will be valid for up to 24 hours.

 

Do you sell numismatics?

We do not currently offer any numismatic coins.

 

Do you buy gold / silver?

We do not buy gold or silver bullion from the public at this time.

 

What currency do you accept?

We accept both CDN and USD in a variety of payment methods.

 

Do you accept returns?

If you're not happy with your purchase please feel free to reach out to sales@silversense.ca. Note that bullion sales are final and may be subject to cancellation / restocking fee.
